OSU Scholarships for Students with Disabilities

Endowed Scholarships Offered Through the Office of Student Disability Services-- List of endowed scholarships offered for Students with Disabilities through SDS. All of these scholarships make use of a single application available for download.

  • Scholarships for the Physically Limited
  • Eleanor Young Jenkins Scholarship/Glen E. Jenkins Scholarship
  • Paul Pulley Scholarship
  • Dexter Johnson Education and Benevolent Trust

McAlester Scottish Rite Scholarship for the Blind-- The McAlester Scottish Rite Charitable and Educational Foundation periodically donates monies which may be distributed to blind individuals. To apply for the McAlester Scottish Rite Scholarship for the Blind, please contact our office for the application form.

The Mary Jane Smothers Assistantship-- An assistantship, supported by an endowed fund through the OSU Foundation, offers employment to a student with a disability on the OSU Library staff.

Nate Fleming/Richey Lumpkin Academic Opportunity Scholarship-- One annually renewable award for a total of two years to an entering freshman or transfer student with academic promise who has overcome significant personal, family, economic, or relevant other obstacles in pursuing academic achievement.
